Daniel was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 29 January 2007 and joined BELAW in 2013. Prior to his admission Daniel has managed to complete a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) (Honours), a Bachelor of Arts (Japanese), a Master of Business Administration (Executive) in addition to a Juris Doctor degree.
As the first Mandarin-speaking commercial lawyer in Cairns with a strong business background, his major practice areas are currently commercial and business law and conveyancing – liaising with his colleagues to assist our Chinese clients with issues ranging from family law to estate planning and insolvency. Daniel is also a registered migration agent (MARN 1463945) and has successfully helped countless clients solve migration issues and get visa applications granted.
In short, Daniel is one of those overachievers that every business needs and you kind of wish wasn’t such an incredibly nice guy.
